01 — We reply within one working day. A short note from one of our engineers — usually with a couple of clarifying questions.
02 — You send a representative sample. Upon receiving your sample, we assess its composition, recovery potential, and indicative value.
03 — Feasibility study & recommendation. Bench-scale recovery, projected yield curve, dosing schedule, and a defensible economics read.
04 — Pilot or full deployment. Pilot drums or full-line chemistry — your call, with our system-design support if you want it.
